  • {Objects in Mirror} The phrase "objects in mirror are closer than they appear" is a safety warning that is required to be engraved on passenger side mirrors of motor vehicles. What if we engraved a message to come to mind whenever we look at ourselves, “what you see in the mirror is . . .” Insert what you need to affirm: beautiful, powerful, fearless, enough, worthy, healed, healthy . . . What would we believe as a result? How would we move differently? What would we birth? This mental thing is NO JOKE and negative self talk will take you ALL THE WAY OUT.   • {Comfort Zone Woes} You will miss all the shots you don’t take! I met up with a curated group of fierce and fabulous bloggers Sunday Night. You have to imagine this, 15+ HIGHLY fashionably ladies entering as you would a runway . . . Leather, Lace, Hats, Leopard, OH MY. The barista asks “Who are you ladies? You dressed up to come here?” The most interesting fact is the undercurrent (revealed to each other later) was intimidation. We were all self conscious, afraid our full selves might not be enough, BUT we showed up ANYWAY, we engaged ANYWAY, we snapped a few pics ANYWAY (for me tentative after some encouragement from @quedominicana , @rubeyleanne and @rachelscurlyfit). The moral of the story: even if you know no one GO ANYWAY, when you are unsure of yourself ENGAGE ANYWAY, when it seems that you might be the only one that feels unsure SHARE ANYWAY and if you don’t love the shot POST IT ANYWAY.
