Hey Fashionistas! It’s Fashion Friday!!! It’s so easy to find yourself in a fashion rut. To become uninspired by your current wardrobe or your go-to rotation of stores. Alternatively, you may be completely satisfied with your wardrobe but perhaps you want some new looks to keep it fresh and increase your level of excitement when shopping your closet. Or it could be that, like me, you are on a budget and you don’t want to break the bank to look great.
For this reason, I’ve pulled together 5 items that are $30 or less, most are less than $20!!! (I styled all of them with accessories and shoes that already exist in my closet, but I couldn’t upload any of them so I’ll edit this post later; for now I’ve selected an accessory, shoe and lip for each look.)

MUXXN Cocktail Dress: This burgundy beauty is an absolute SHOW STOPPER (I ordered a Small and ordered the peach color as well and it DID NOT work for my skin tone)! I paired it with some Square Stud Earrings, Leopard Pumps and MAC Lipstick – Ruby Woo to make a perfect glam look!
MakeMeChic Slim Fit Midi Dress: This dress can be dressed up or down (It comes in several colors, I also ordered brick red but blue was my FAV color). It hides NOTHING so be forewarned. The Blue is more vibrant than the product image and at $9.99 it’s a great value. I paired this with a long silver necklace, Silver Pumps, and my go-to pop of lip color MAC – Relentlessly Red! Perfect for Date Night or Girl’s Night Out!
Riviera Sun Light Denim Jumpsuit: I would not normally think that this is NOT my style but it looked so cute on one of my friends that I had to give it a try! This runs EXTREMELY LARGE (I ordered a size small) so I added a leopard belt and it became a look I could not wait to wear! I added some brown accents, a necklace and suede lace-up booties, to complement the belt + my new fav nude MAC Matte – YASH!
Jeasona Off Shoulder Dress: This is listed as a cover-up (I ordered a Medium in Navy; also comes in black (shown below) and white; they recently added purple too!!!) but I love to wear it as a summer dress with stud earrings, an edgy chunky necklace (it was found in Italy the day I wore this dress and I am OBSESSED) and my favorite silver arm candy! It’s a little on the short side so I recommend flat sandals. (Please ignore my mis-shaped curls, I was in Italy for 2 weeks and I did not pack sufficient hair products, le sigh)
Haoricu Floral Print Chiffon Kimono: I’m OBSESSED with this (I really need to find another one because I wear it WAY TOO MUCH in the spring/summer)!!! It’s so vibrant and flowy! I wear it as a cover-up, over dresses, with jeans and a t-shirt. It’s brighter than the original product image would suggest.
